Our Story
LVO Farms was founded on a simple conviction: that the future of food begins with healthy soil and a connected community. What started as a working family farm has grown into a modern agricultural cooperative for education, regeneration, and shared land use.
The Vision
We see a Canadian agricultural future rooted in regenerative practice, local resilience, and intergenerational learning — where farms are also schools, laboratories, and gathering places.

Set within the protected ecology of the Oak Ridges Moraine, our acreage balances productive growing zones with woodlands, wetlands, and habitat corridors.
Regenerative Philosophy
We farm biology-first: cover cropping, low tillage, composting, rotational grazing, and integrated systems that build soil instead of mining it.
Environmental Stewardship
We measure success not only in yield, but in soil carbon, biodiversity, water quality, and the long-term health of the watershed.
